At the Committee of the Whole meeting on Jan. 13, 2020 direction was provided to the Town solicitor to negotiate and finalize the minutes of settlement for the Beeton Station Condominium appeal. As instructed, the minutes of settlement were finalized and executed. Therefore, Council was not in a position to have a further vote on whether the minutes of settlement were satisfactory.

Mill Street and Industrial Road in Tottenham was closed last night (Jan. 30) after a tractor trailer ruptured a diesel tank in the intersection. 
New Tecumseth Fire Rescue, Nottawasaga OPP, New Tecumseth Public Works and the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MOE) were called to the scene. A spill clean-up company was also brought in and the remediation was completed under the direction of the MOE.
