fall webworm nettingThe fall webworm (Hyphantria cunea) is usually noticeable on trees in August through to September and later as the nests remain in the tree. Species impacted are Apple, Ash, Cherry, Elm, Maple, Willow, Walnut, and other trees and shrubs.
