Significant Weather Event Ended - February 24, 2025

The significant weather event that was declared for New Tecumseth on February 12, 2025 has officially ended  effective 10 am Monday, February 24, 2025. Thank you for your patience and support as we worked through the winter maintenance.

Significant Weather Event - Feb. 12

We are closely monitoring two major weather events that are expected to bring significant snowfall  Given the major winter storm expected for New Tecumseth, we are declaring a Significant Weather Event for our winter operations starting this evening (Feb. 12).

Our crews will be working around the clock however as we expect significant snowfall in a relatively short period of time, snow clearing operations will take longer than usual.

Please drive safely and adjust your driving to the conditions
