Boyne River pedestrian bridge closed

The Boyne River Pedestrian Bridge located between Dominion St. and Fletcher Cres., Alliston, is closed until further notice due to deterioration and safety concerns. It will be closed until a bridge assessment can be completed to determine the next steps.

Shut Down of Tottenham Transmission Main

The Tottenham Transmission Main (TTM) will be temporarily shut down on Tuesday, April 4 at 7:00am for approximately 12 hours due to watermain work as part of the Beattie Bridge Watermain Upgrade project. There will be no interruption to the supply of water during this time.

Beeton Memorial Arena Ice Removal

Ice removal at Beeton Memorial Arena begins today, March 31, 2023, and will be removed for the summer. Please visit https://bit.ly/3fORYIo for all ice activities at the New Tecumseth Recreation Centre and Tottenham Community and Fitness Centre.

Welcome Week 2023

The Town of New Tecumseth in partnership with the County of Simcoe, Focus Employment Services and the Simcoe Muskoka Workforce Development Board will be hosting a Welcome Week Community/Job Fair on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the New Tecumseth Recreation Centre (7300 Industrial Parkway, Alliston).  Open to all residents to attend.
