2025 Budget adopted

New Tecumseth adopts 2025 Business Plan & Budget  

NEW TECUMSETH, ON – The Town of New Tecumseth adopted its 2025 Business Plan & Budget at its December 16th Council meeting.   

The approved 2025 Budget reflects a net general levy of $45.1M resulting in a 2.04% general levy increase for the Town’s base budget and accounts for inflation while maintaining existing service levels.

Holiday closure

New Tecumseth Town Hall and Joint Operations Centre will be closed from noon on December 24, 2024 until 8:30am on January 2, 2025.

The recreation centres will be open on December 24, 2024 from 6am to 3pm, closed on December 25 and 26th. They will be open on December 31, 2024 from 6am to 3pm and then closed on January 1, 2025. 

The Museum on the Boyne will be closed from December 22, 2024 until January 2, 2025.
