NOTICE - Canada Post Strike Impacts on Bill Delivery for New Tecumseth Residents

With a nationwide Canada Post strike now underway, residents and businesses in New Tecumseth are advised to expect delays in receiving paper bills, including water utility bills, property tax bills, and other municipal invoices. Despite the disruption to mail services, payment due dates remain unchanged, and bills will continue to be issued as scheduled.

Upcoming CCTV Inspections - Alliston

Starting September 15th, Civica Infrastructure Inc. will be conducting CCTV inspections of the sanitary sewer system in the following areas of Alliston:

  • Wellington Street
  • Nelson Street
  • Albert Street
This work is part of routine infrastructure maintenance and is expected to take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Crews will be working in the roadway with traffic cones around their trucks while inspections are underway. Please drive with caution, respect signage, and give workers space to operate safely.
