The Town of New Tecumseth has received a complete application for a Zoning By-law Amendment 5742 14th Line, New Tecumseth. This application asks to change the property’s zoning so it matches what the Town’s Official Plan already allows for this area. The new zoning would be a special Low‑Rise Residential zone that permits housing and provides some flexibility from the standard zoning rules

Re-Issued Public Meeting Notice – Zoning By-law Amendment & Redline Revision for 2852 10th Sideroad, Beeton

The Town of New Tecumseth has received complete applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Redline Revision for 2852 10th Sideroad, Beeton. The proposal includes updated zoning and a revised draft plan to allow up to 875 residential dwellings in Phase 2 of the development.

Road Closure – 10th Sideroad, Beeton

Please be advised that  a watermain break has occurred on 10th Sideroad in Beeton.

To safely complete this work, 10th Sideroad is closed between Lily Street and 10th Line.

Crews are working to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible.

Access for local traffic and water haulers will be maintained from 10th Line to allow travel to and from McKelvey.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this essential repair is underway.

Please use alternate routes and follow all posted signage.
