New Proclamations Policy Now in Effect

The Town has adopted a new Proclamations Policy to provide a consistent, transparent, and streamlined process for proclamation requests.

If you are requesting a proclamation from the Town, please note the following updates:

  • All requests must now be submitted using the official application form
  • Proclamations will no longer be automatically renewed annually
  • Each request will be reviewed in accordance with the new policy guidelines

The Town would like to advise residents that Simcoe Manor will be proceeding with approved external watermain works along Main Street in Simcoe Village, Beeton.

Work Schedule:

  • Beginning June 8 through the end of August 2026: Watermain drilling within the southern boulevard along Main Street
