Recreation Services Non-resident Fee Adjustment

The existing fee surcharge for non-residents has been adjusted from 20% to 30% for the year 2025 onward as per Council’s direction. This change will apply to all Town of New Tecumseth recreation services that currently have a non-resident fee applied.
This adjustment is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing and maintaining the quality of our Town's recreation services and infrastructure.

The Committee of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, April 24th, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office, 24 Tupper Street West, Alliston Ontario. The agenda is posted one week before the meeting.

The Town of New Tecumseth has received applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision for land located within the Belterra Estates Secondary Plan area. These applications have been deemed complete under Sections 34 and 51 of the Planning Act. The applications aim to allow development of:
- 5 single-detached homes
- 7 townhouse blocks (totaling 43 units)
- 48 dwellings with associated landscaped open houses, parking and access
