5th Line Railway Crossing Upgrades

Please be advised that CPKCR have been progressing with railway crossing upgrades at the 5th Line (Nolan Road), east of Tottenham Road. The upgrades will include a new crossing gate and will be completed in the near future with minimal traffic disruptions.

The Town of New Tecumseth has received applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision for land located within the Belterra Estates Secondary Plan area. These applications have been deemed complete under Sections 34 and 51 of the Planning Act. The applications aim to allow development of:
- 5 single-detached homes
- 7 townhouse blocks (totaling 43 units)
- 48 dwellings with associated landscaped open houses, parking and access
