The Town of New Tecumseth has received applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision for land located within the Belterra Estates Secondary Plan area. These applications have been deemed complete under Sections 34 and 51 of the Planning Act.  The applications aim to allow development of:

The Town of New Tecumseth has received applications for both an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment concerning the property at 6286 14th Line, Alliston. These applications have been deemed complete as per Sections 22 and 34 of the Planning Act.

Town staff held a lunchtime cupcake fundraiser recently and are thrilled to have raised $482.50 for the Alliston & District Humane Society 🧁

The event was a sweet way to support our local shelter with all our proceeds going to help the animals in need.
