Spring Forward: Daylight Saving Time Begins This Weekend

Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend. Residents are reminded to set their clocks ahead one hour before going to bed on Saturday, March 7 as we “spring forward” into longer days and brighter evenings.

This seasonal time change is a great opportunity to also check and test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure they are working properly.
