12th Line Road Closure

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS / PROPERTY OWNERS

The 12th Line will be closed to through traffic between Sideroad 10 and Sideroad 15 from September 26, 2022 through to August 25, 2023. In the event of unforeseen issues or inclement weather, September 27 at 7:00am may be used as an alternative date to close the road. Access will be maintained to all residences and properties on the 12th Line during the road closure, however the road will be closed to through traffic to permit the bridge replacement construction.

All Town of New Tecumseth flags have been lowered in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who sadly passed away on September 8, 2022. 

Alliston Rotary Pool to close for season

Due to staffing limitations, the last public swim at Rotary Pool will be tomorrow, Saturday, September 3 at 3:30. As of 5:00pm on September 3, the Alliston Rotary Pool will be closed for the season.

12th Line Bridge 12004 Replacement

Please be advised that the Town of New Tecumseth has recently awarded the “12th Line Bridge 12004 Replacement” contract to Alexman Contracting Inc. The Ainley Group has been retained to provide contract administration and inspection services for this project on behalf of the Town.
