Residents of Alliston can now experience safer streets with the launch of a new pilot project aimed at reducing speed limits in residential areas. The initiative, which sets a maximum speed limit of 40km/h, is now live across several neighbourhoods.

The project will assess the effectiveness of these reduced speed limits in enhancing road safety.

Signs indicating the 40km/h limit have been installed at key neighbourhood boundaries, including:
