Public Information Centre - Sanitary Sewer Master Plan

The first Public Information Centre (PIC) for the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan is live on the Town’s website.

The purpose of this PIC#1 is to solicit public engagement and feedback regarding the Town’s existing Sanitary Sewer System and how the project can best be guided to meet the scope and intent of the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan study.

Groundwater Well Optimization and Expansion Study

Please be advised that the Town of New Tecumseth (Town) has retained R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA) to undertake a review of the Alliston municipal wells to identify opportunities for increasing water supply. As part of
this project the municipal wells will be tested to determine the feasibility of yielding additional capacity.

Alliston Rotary Pool to close for season

Due to staffing limitations, the last public swim at Rotary Pool will be tomorrow, Saturday, September 3 at 3:30. As of 5:00pm on September 3, the Alliston Rotary Pool will be closed for the season.
