The Council of the Corporation of the Town of New Tecumseth will hold a Public Meeting on December 18, 2024 at 6:00pm Council Chambers of the Town Hall 24 Tupper St W, Alliston, L9R 1H2
The purpose of the public meeting is to consider the proposed Town initiated Zoning By-law Amendment that proposes a general housekeeping amendments.

Toys for Tickets 2024

Our 2024 Toys for Tickets campaign concluded with remarkable success, collecting 110 toys and one gift card. In total, 68 parking tickets, valued at over $2,730, were paid with toys. These toys have been distributed to My Sister’s Place and the Lions Club, spreading joy throughout our community this holiday season.

To seek relief from Section 2.1.1 b) iv) of Zoning By-law 2021-128 to permit the increase of the gross floor area of the detached additional residential unit to 75 percent of the gross floor area of the principal building up to 125 square metres, instead of the required maximum of 50 percent of the gross floor area of the principal building up to 80 square metres.
