Queen Street Resurfacing – Schedule Update

As part of the Town’s Road Improvement Program (Contract T25-06), Queen Street between Nolan Road and 177 Queen Street South was originally planned for resurfacing in 2025.

Please note that the timeline has changed. Work is now expected to begin in Spring 2026, starting with milling, followed by resurfacing.

UPDATE - Industrial Parkway Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The contractor will be returning to Industrial Parkway to replace the sanitary sewer pipe that was installed over the summer. The pipe does not meet the Town’s standards and needs to be replaced.

You may notice some early construction activity starting this week, as the contractor prepares for the work.

Construction and lane closures will begin on November 10, 2025. One lane of traffic will stay open while the work is being done.

Please be advised that Paris St. & Albert St. W. in Alliston will be closed between Nelson St. W. to Church St. on November 11 from 10:30 - 11:30 AM for a Remembrance Day Parade.
