Road Reconstruction Program VPOH Update

The Town of New Tecumseth is pleased to provide the following update on the detailed design for the remaining streets (Adeline, Brown, Willian Smart) as part of the Tottenham Road Reconstruction Program:

  • Tree Root Investigation (2024): 24 trees saved through root investigations

  • Road Realignment: Minor adjustments to Brown and Adeline have been made to minimize driveway impacts and maintain at least two (2) parking spaces per property.

NEW TECUMSETH, ON – The Province of Ontario has passed Bill 56 – Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025, which includes significant changes to the Highway Traffic Act affecting the use of Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras.
