LPAT Decision re: No Frills in Tottenham

The Province’s Land Use Planning Tribunal (LPAT) has recently issued a decision with regards to a proposed commercial development on the north side of Mill Street East in Tottenham, which includes a No Frills grocery store. The decision was to uphold decisions made by County Council and Town Council to approve the uses for the site. With the development principle now approved, the next steps will be for the applicant to proceed through the site plan approval process in the coming months. Once the site plan details finalized, it will then be brought forward to Council for consideration.
