The standard method of buying when the value is below $100,000 is invitation. We generally invite at least three suppliers from our list to quote. Join our supplier list above.

Procurement Statistics
Quarterly Awards Greater Than $50,000
The Town completes an award report quarterly. It includes all awards worth more than $50,000, and four columns of data:
- the awarded vendor
- the amount awarded in the quarter
- the total amount of the purchase order, and
- a description indicating the project name and department.
Where there is a variance in the Award and Purchase Order Value columns, the awarded amount represents a change to a previous award.

The Town completes an annual report. It summarizes buying under federal trade agreements.
