Procurement Statistics

Quarterly Awards Greater Than $50,000

The Town completes an award report quarterly. It includes all awards worth more than $50,000, and four columns of data:

  • the awarded vendor
  • the amount awarded in the quarter
  • the total amount of the purchase order, and
  • a description indicating the project name and department.

Where there is a variance in the Award and Purchase Order Value columns, the awarded amount represents a change to a previous award.

Trade Agreements

The Town completes an annual report. It summarizes buying under federal trade agreements.
