Paperless Billing and Pre-Authorized Payment Plans
The Town of New Tecumseth's Finance Department is pleased to offer, and encourages property owners to sign up for, paperless billing. This convenient and eco-friendly option allows you to more efficiently receive and retain issued notices and billings.

Property Taxes
Taxation collected by the Town is used to provide services that benefit the community at large, which include things like the maintenance of roads and parks, garbage collection, and snow removal. For more information on Property Taxes and Assessments, please see our Property Taxes and Payment FAQs.
Property taxes are levied through two billings per year. The Interim Tax Bill is issued in February, with instalments due in February and April. The Final Tax Bills for residential properties are issued in June, with instalments due in June and September. For properties with Commercial, Industrial and Multi-residential assessment the Final Tax Bills are issued in July, with instalments due in August and October.
