Mayor’s 2026 Draft Budget Now Available

The Town of New Tecumseth has released the Mayor’s proposed 2026 Budget, now available to view online. 

The annual budget is a key component of New Tecumseth’s business planning process, aligning departmental resource needs with the Town’s Strategic Plan. It outlines how the Town plans to allocate resources to deliver the programs and services that residents and businesses rely on.

Capital planning is guided by several strategic documents, including the Long-Range Financial Plan, the Development Charges Background Study, the Town’s Asset Management Plans, and current asset condition assessments.

Residents are encouraged to review the proposed budget and stay informed about how the Town is planning for the year ahead.

The Public Input Session will be held at Town Hall on October 8, 6 PM
