The Town of New Tecumseth is reviewing its Building By‑law, including updates to building permit fees. We are holding a public meeting to share the proposed changes and hear from the community.

What’s Changing?

We are proposing updates to the Building By‑law. These changes may include:

  • Adding or simplifying permit fees
  • Updating cost guidelines
  • General housekeeping improvements

Anyone can take part in the meeting. Your comments will become part of the public record.

Registration is not required, but you are encouraged to sign up in advance using the online form before 12:00 p.m. on February 9, 2026.
