Beeton Memorial Arena reopens

 We’re happy to announce that the Beeton Memorial Arena is scheduled to reopen, resuming regular operations on April 15. We are excited to welcome the community back and thank you for your patience as necessary maintenance has been completed on the facility.

Work included completing the identified minor roof truss reinforcements and new X—bracing system, including top cord and minor web reinforcements, and tightening all bolt connections as outlined in the Beeton Community Memorial Centre Truss Condition Assessment. Funds in the Beeton Facility Reserve were used to cover costs associated with the truss condition assessment repairs. Flato Developments Inc. provided a financial contribution to assist in the repairs of the Beeton Memorial Arena as outlined in the structural assessment.
