Dayfoot Street Phase 1 - Temporary Haul Route Change

Please be advised that Town Staff have approved a temporary 3-day amendment to the Dayfoot St Phase 1 Haul Route along County Road 10 as shown below. This amendment is due to County Road 10 (CR10) scheduled to be closed next week to allow Canadian Pacific (CP) Railway to complete repairs to their crossing.

The temporary amendment will allow the use of Patterson Street and Stewart Street from Tuesday July 4^th at 7am to Thursday July 6^th at 7pm in keeping with CPs closure of CR10. The contractor expects to haul around 50 loads per day using 3 trucks, for a total of 150 loads over the expected 3-day period. The approval of the temporary haul route will accommodate trucks moving the excavated material more efficiently from the south end of the project limits to the north end of the project limits around the deep sanitary trench.
