Downtown properties sell to local resident

New Tecumseth, ON - The former Town of New Tecumseth office buildings at 10 Wellington St. E. and 13 Church St. S. in Alliston will soon have a new owner. 

A New Tecumseth resident and business owner purchased the property with plans to invest in and repurpose the buildings for professional spaces.

"We are thrilled with this investment in our downtown which aligns with the intended use and zoning for the property. The potential for increased foot traffic will provide a boost for our local businesses,” said New Tecumseth’s Chief Administrative Officer, Neil Garbe.

The property has been sold for $2.6M with ownership changing over in April 2025.
