Haul Route Change for Fletcher Meadows

There has been a haul route change for the Fletcher Meadows project as there is a need for some excessive soils from Beeton Meadows to use at Fletcher Meadows subdivision.   The proposal uses a wide variety excessive soils and is in keeping with the MECP's Excess Soil Regulation (Ontario Reg. 406/19: "On-Site and Excess Soil Regulation").

The temporary haul route will have trucks traveling West on County Road 1 from Beeton Meadows subdivision, North on Tottenham Road to 12th Line to 10th Sideroad, South on 10th Sideroad to 9th Line and East on 9th Line to Fletcher Meadows site located at south east of Patterson and Lilly Street. All other construction trucks/traffic will continue using the approved haul route., the material will be coming from Nelson Aggregate in Alliston. The consultant and the contactor have requested considering alteration to the Haul Route. The proposed haul route to Patterson Street would be; East on Industrial Parkway, South on Tottenham Road, East on 12th  Line and South on 10th Sideroad to the construction site.

The change/adjustment to the haul route will accommodate the excessive material only. However, all other construction trucks/ traffic for this project will continue using the approved haul route as identified in the Schedule ‘C’ of the Development Agreement.
