Public Meeting Notice – Zoning By-law Amendment 5742 14th Line, New Tecumseth  

The Town of New Tecumseth has received a complete application for a Zoning By-law Amendment 5742 14th Line, New Tecumseth. This application asks to change the property’s zoning so it matches what the Town’s Official Plan already allows for this area. The new zoning would be a special Low‑Rise Residential zone that permits housing and provides some flexibility from the standard zoning rules

A Public Meeting will be held for Council to hear comments:
