TAKE NOTICE: That an application for a Minor Variance Application has been made by the property owner, Carson Orrom.
PURPOSE: To seek relief from Section 2.1.1 b) viii) of Zoning By-law 2021-128 to permit an Additional Residential Unit (Detached) in the front yard in the Low-Rise Residential Zone.
