NOTICE OF HEARING - MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATION

LOCATION:  6500 13th Line, New Tecumseth

TAKE NOTICE: That application for a Minor Variance has been made by Diana Riordan-Jazwinski on behalf of the property owners, Marc and Michelle Biss.

PURPOSE: The application is seeking relief from Section 3.7 of Zoning By-law 2021-128 to permit the construction of an accessory building within the Environmental Protection Zone.

MEETING: Thursday, February 27th, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Office, 24 Tupper Street West, Alliston Ontario
