TAKE NOTICE: That an application for a Minor Variance Application has been made by the property owners Paula Capela and Joao Capela.
PURPOSE: To seek relief from Section 2.16.3 b) of Zoning By-law 2021-128 to permit development and site alteration within or 90.0m from an Oak Ridges Moraine – Environmental Protection (ORM EP) Zone.
