MINOR VARIANCE APPLICATION

TAKE NOTICE:     That an application for a Minor Variance Application has been made by the property owner, Mythili Thurairajah.

PURPOSE:     To seek relief from Section 2.7 a) iii) of Zoning By-law 2021-128 to permit a driveway, walkways, and steps comprising of 62.38% impervious paving materials in the rear yard instead of the maximum permitted 50% and to seek relief from Section 2.19.8 d) to permit 7 parking spaces instead of the minimum required 8 parking spaces in the Low-Rise Residential Zone.
