At Council’s June 15 meeting, something special happened.
Mayor Norcross and Council took a moment to recognize the individuals who quietly shape our community every day—the ones who show up, lend a hand, and lead with heart. It was a celebration not just of achievements, but of stories rooted in dedication, compassion, and connection.
