Public Meeting Notice – Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendment
The Town of New Tecumseth has received complete applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for 259 Albert Street East, Alliston. The proposal seeks to redesignate the property from Urban Open Space to Employment Area Two and Urban Open Space, and to rezone it from Open Space (OS) to Employment Area Two (EA2). This would permit industrial uses and bring an existing legal non-conforming plumbing business into conformity with the Town’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
A Public Meeting will be held for Council to hear comments:
February 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
