The Town would like to advise residents that Simcoe Manor will be proceeding with approved external watermain works along Main Street in Simcoe Village, Beeton.
Work Schedule:
- Beginning June 8 through the end of August 2026: Watermain drilling within the southern boulevard along Main Street
This work is necessary to support local infrastructure improvements. Residents can expect construction-related activity, including equipment, crews, and potential minor traffic disruptions along Main Street during this time.
Upcoming Work – Intersection Closure:
Additional watermain work is scheduled for early July 2026 at the Main Street and Patterson Street intersection. This phase will require a temporary closure of Patterson Street.
Town staff, the County, and the project consultant are currently finalizing traffic control plans and supporting documentation. Further details will be provided in advance of this closure.
