Pavilions and Outdoor Spaces

The Town of New Tecumseth offers picnic pavilions to use for shelter and picnics while you visit community parks and open spaces. Reserve a picnic pavilion to host a family reunion, anniversary, business retreat or other private gathering. There are several pavilions and outdoor spaces to choose from. Charcoal BBQ's are not permitted in all Town of New Tecumseth parks and open spaces.

Bandshells 

The Town of New Tecumseth's Bandshells host a variety of concerts. Concerts take place every Sunday during the summer. Visit us with your family and friends and experience some good music!

Alliston Bandshell 

Reservable picnic season: May - September. 

Reservation time: 10:00am - 7:00pm. Permits available: Up to 120 days prior to picnic date online. If you require a date outside of this timeframe please submit a request form.
Fees: $70.00 plus HST per day. 
Keogh Park/Tottenham Bandshell 

Reservable picnic season: May - September. 

Reservation time: 10:00am - 7:00pm. Permits available: Up to 120 days prior to picnic date online. If you require a date outside of this timeframe please submit a request form.
Fees: $70.00 plus HST per day. 

Parks/Open Spaces 

The Town of New Tecumseth has many picnic areas and park amenities to choose from! Small family picnics are permitted in all Town of New Tecumseth parks unless otherwise prohibited by signs posted onsite. If you are planning a community event or organized gathering in a park or open space please submit a request form.

 Reservation Fees 
 Greenspace fee (Alliston, Beeton, Tottenham) $16.00 plus HST per hour. 

Pavilions

You can rent pavilions at the Tottenham Conservation Area (TCA) on a daily basis. The pavilions offer a great, shady gathering place for private events like small business retreats, family reunions, picnics and more.

  • Picnic Pavilion rental requests to have alcohol onsite or for over 50 guests and all seasonal and long term reservations must continue to be submitted through a Facility Scheduler by submitting a request form. 
Tottenham Conservation Area - Anderson Pavilion

Reservable picnic season: May - September. 

Reservation time: Full day 10:00am - 7:00pm or Half day 10:00am-2:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm 

Permits available: Up to 120 days prior to picnic date online. If you require a date outside of this timeframe please submit a request form.

Fees: Large pavilion rental half day $62.00 plus HST. Large pavilion rental full day $105.00 plus HST.  

Picnic Tables: up to 10 tables onsite.

Electrical Outlets: 4 electrical outlets.

  • Please note pavilion guests who are not deemed a Town of New Tecumseth resident are subject to admission fees when entering the conservation area. Residents must provide proof of residency upon entry to the park on every visit to be granted free admission.

Tottenham Conservation Area - Lion's Pavilion

Reservable picnic season: May - September. 

Reservation time: Full day 10:00am - 7:00pm or Half day 10:00am-2:00pm or 3:00pm-7:00pm 

Permits available: Up to 120 days prior to picnic date online. If you require a date outside of this timeframe please submit a request form.

Fees: Small pavilion rental half day $39.00 plus HST. Small pavilion rental full day $64.00 plus HST.  

Picnic Tables: up to 2 tables onsite.

Electrical Outlets: 1 electrical outlet.

  • Please note pavilion guests who are not deemed a Town of New Tecumseth resident are subject to admission fees when entering the conservation area. Residents must provide proof of residency upon entry to the park on every visit to be granted free admission.

Tottenham Conservation Area - William Bailey Pavilion

Michael Worrod Pavilion - Coventry Park Tottenham

Reservation time: Full day 10:00am - 7:00pm.

Permits available: Up to 120 days prior to picnic date online. If you require a date outside of this timeframe please submit a request form.

Fees: Large pavilion rental full day $105.00 plus HST.  

Picnic Tables: up to 12 tables onsite.

Electrical Outlets: 4 electrical outlets.

PPG Pavilion - Alliston 

Reservable picnic season: May - September.  

Reservation time: Full day 10:00am - 7:00pm.

Permits available: Up to 120 days prior to picnic date online. If you require a date outside of this timeframe please submit a request form.

Fees: Large pavilion rental full day $105.00 plus HST.  

Picnic Tables: up to 12 tables onsite.
