Toddler Programs (ages 1.5-5)

Active Play and Learning programs are designed to blend physical activity with educational enrichment. These programs offer a dynamic and engaging experience that focuses on promoting gross motor skill building, while also fostering cognitive development and social skills. Participants enjoy a balanced mix of exercise and learning, ensuring a fun, healthy, and stimulating environment that supports overall growth and well-being.

Little Sprouts (ages 2.5-4) - Independent Participation Program

This program emulates the kindergarten experience by providing a child-led, play-based program geared towards supporting healthy child development and kindergarten readiness. Please provide indoor shoes and a nut-free snack. Children must be able to be dropped off and participate independently. Children must be toilet trained.

Play & Learn (ages 1.5-2.5) - Parent Participation Program

This play-based program introduces children to circle time, literacy, and reinforces social and emotional skills by giving children the opportunity to engage in developmentally appropriate learning stations and activities. Play and Learn allows for caregivers and their children to get used to the program space in preparation for our independent program -Little Sprouts- in later years. 

This program is designed for parents to join their child and take part together. Fee is for the child only.

Busy Bees (ages 1.5-2.5) - Parent Participation Program

This active play program encourages the development of social, cognitive, and gross motor skills, along with autonomy as children and their caregivers explore a variety of activities and equipment with other participants. 

This program is designed for parents to join their child and take part together. Fee is for the child only.

Movement Monkeys (ages 2.5-3.5) - Parent Participation Program

This active play program encourages the development of social, cognitive, and gross motor skills, along with autonomy as children and their caregivers explore a variety of activities and equipment with other participants. This program provides an opportunity for caregivers and their children to work on gradual separation in preparation for independent programs in later years. Please come with indoor shoes and a water bottle. Comfortable clothing recommended.

Energy Blasters (ages 3-5) - Independent Participation Program

Get ready to unleash your energy and have a blast! Our Energy Blasters program is designed to get you up, moving, and having fun with a variety of high-energy group games and movement activities. Each session is filled with action-packed games that promote fitness and coordination. Participants will build strength, agility, and endurance while making new friends and enjoying the thrill of active play. Let's get moving and make some unforgettable memories together!

Join us to explore and discover the way the world works. In this fun, introductory program, your child will participate in a variety of experiments with you as they learn about the scientific method. This program serves as a provocation to build off of the children's wonderings/ interest and to spark curiosity. 

This program is designed for parents to join their child and take part together. Fee is for the child only.

Messy Munchkins (ages 2-4) - Parent Participation Program

Arts & Craft Programs (ages 2-13)

Arts and Crafts programs invite creators into a vibrant world of colour, texture, design, and the dramatic arts. These sessions celebrate imagination through crafting activities that inspire artistic expression and theatrical creativity. 

Curtains Up (ages 7-12)

Lights, camera, action! Join us at Curtains Up for an opportunity to make friends, be silly, and perform. From plot, character, and script to improv, mime, and tableau's; each week, the participants will explore different dramatic forms and techniques as they participate in various acting activities and exercises. The theatre is calling, will you answer?

This program is perfect for children who love to get hands-on and express their creativity in exciting ways. Get ready for a world of fun and creativity where the only limit is your imagination!

Dance Programs (ages 3-99)

These programs offer a vibrant fusion of rhythmic expression, physicality, and movement. These programs are designed to enhance coordination and build confidence, providing a dynamic platform for self-expression and creativity while promoting physical fitness.

Kinder Dance (ages 3-4)

Twirl, jump, and move! Young dancers will dip their toes into the basics of dance while learning a choreography. Participants will explore various dance styles throughout the class. This program focuses on movement and fun. PLEASE NOTE: This is an independent program where children participate away from their families; however, parents/Caregivers will be asked to remain in the facility should their child require assistance. Families will be invited to an end-of-session recital to see the choreography their young dancer has been working on.

Kinder Ballet (ages 4-6)

Pirouette, Jeté, Plié! This program is for the young dancer wanting to learn ballet while having fun. The classes are designed to introduce children to basic ballet positions and movements. Little ones will develop balance, strength, control and self-confidence while also learning how to take turns and follow instructions. PLEASE NOTE: This is an independent program where children participate away from their families; however, parents/Caregivers will be asked to remain in the facility should their child require assistance. Pirouette, Jeté, Arabesque! This program is for the growing dancer ready to take their ballet journey to the next level. Our Junior Ballet classes guide students through the fundamentals of classical technique, building on balance, strength, and control while encouraging artistic expression and self-confidence. Young ballerinas will begin learning formal ballet terminology and sequences in a positive and structured environment. Classes also focus on grace, musicality, and teamwork—with exercises designed to refine posture, coordination, and creativity. Families will be invited to an end-of-session recital to see a choreography their young ballerina has been working on.

Get ready to bust a move and unleash your inner dancer in our dynamic weekly dance program! Designed for kids who love to express themselves through movement, this program offers a fantastic opportunity to learn new choreography and explore a variety of musical genres. From pop and hip-hop to jazz and funk, each week will be an exciting journey through different styles of dance that will keep participants engaged and inspired.

Punjabi Folk Dancing – Bhangra – Level 1 (ages 4-7, 8-15, & 16+)

Bhangra is a vibrant, high-energy folk dance that originates from Punjab, India. This class will introduce participants to the rhythmic beats of Bhangra music while guiding them through simple yet dynamic dance moves. As each session progresses, participants will build on their skills through choreographed routines, learning new steps that celebrate the joy and tradition of Bhangra. Perfect for those with little to no prior experience, this class provides an inclusive and exciting space to explore movement, music, and cultural expression. Come ready to dance, have fun, and immerse yourself in the spirit of Bhangra!

Cooking & Baking Programs (ages 5-13)

Our Food and Nutrition programs offer an engaging exploration of healthy eating and culinary skills. These programs focus on empowering individuals to make informed food choices, develop healthy eating habits, and enhance their culinary abilities, all while enjoying the process of creating delicious food.

Bake & Take (ages 8-12) - REGISTERED EVENT

Have fun creating a seasonal tasty treat. Together participants will learn a recipe that they can share with friends and family. Please send your participant with a container to bring their food home in.

Snackful of Fun (ages 5-7)

In this fun with food program, children will learn how to make easy no-bake snacks and treats they can recreate at home. This program serves as an introduction to our other kitchen Programs, it covers some basic food and kitchen safety elements along with the importance of the Canadian Food Guide. Participants work to create a cookbook, filling it each week with a new recipe that they get the opportunity to make in class and bring home after. Want to cook? It has never been this easy! Learn about basic food preparation and tricks to making time in the kitchen a breeze while creating simple, tasty meals. Participants will create a cookbook, filling it each week with a new recipe that they get to make in class and bring home after. Weekly, the Junior Chefs will explore various elements of a restaurant and work towards opening their own for the final program night; where, they will have the opportunity to invite two people out to their restaurant's grand opening. Science Programs (ages 3-13)

These science programs offer an exciting blend of discovery and innovation for curious minds. These programs are designed to spark curiosity, foster problem-solving skills, and inspire a deeper understanding of the world, all while providing a fun and educational experience in the realms of science and technology.

The Pamper Lab : Self-Care Creations (ages 10-13)

Science meets self-care in this hands-on, creative program! Each week, participants will explore the world of wellness while discovering the science behind ingredients that nourish, exfoliate, and relax. Each week participants will learn how self-care rituals activate “feel-good chemicals” —boosting mood, easing stress, and promoting emotional well-being while crafting personalized self-care products to take home and enjoy. This program inspires creativity, encourages pampering, and deepens understanding of the science behind relaxation and skincare. Join us for a joyful journey of experimentation, self-care, and feel-good discovery. Participants will be working with a variety of ingredients—including foods, mild chemicals (like citric acid), and moisturizing agents—as they craft personalized self-care products. While products will not be used during the program, they will be taken home to enjoy. If your child has any allergies or skin sensitivities, please notify staff before the program begins to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all.

Observation and experimentation, it's Wackier Science! In this fun, educational program your child will participate in a variety of experiments and research; where together, we will explore and discover ways the world works around us. Junior scientists will learn about and apply the scientific method each week as they conduct tests and trials in various streams of science.

Sport Programs (ages 3-99)

Sport Development programs focus on enhancing athletic skills and promoting growth in various sports. Participants receive instruction and participate in various drills tailored to their skill level, with a focus on technique, strategy, and teamwork. These programs aim to build confidence, improve performance, and foster a love for sports through structured practices, competitive play, and supportive coaching; providing a solid foundation for athletes of various ages and abilities to excel and enjoy their favorite sports.

Taekwondo (ages 6-17, 4-99, & 18-99)

Step into the exciting world of Taekwondo in this beginner-friendly program designed for all skill levels! Participants will be introduced to the fundamental movements, techniques, and principles of this dynamic martial art while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Through structured lessons and engaging drills, participants will learn basic kicks, stances, and strikes in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Emphasis will be placed on discipline, respect, and self-improvement, ensuring everyone feels empowered as they progress in their training. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and have fun!

Knights in the Classroom 

Join the Knights in the Classroom this March Break for another amazing exploration of history! Following their hugely successful visit last year, they are back with their interactive, Hands-On History program which will provide participants with the opportunity to explore ancient history through games, sports and immersive activities you won’t soon forget. This is a family-friendly event and is great for all ages!

Cost: $11.00 per child. Adults are free but must register and adult supervision is required.

Calling all parents! Could you use a break? We are having a pajama party where your kids will have fun crafting and playing games while you enjoy a few hours to go out for dinner or run some errands! We will even take care of story time and brush teeth to help make bedtime a breeze for you! Kids, don't forget to wear your favourite pajamas! Please provide any nut aware snacks/drinks that your child will enjoy during their stay with us and feel free to pack a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Pajama Party (ages 4-11) 

Calling all parents! Could you use a break? We are having a pajama party where your kids will have fun crafting and playing games while you enjoy a few hours to go out for dinner or run some errands! Program Volunteer Training - PVT (ages 14-17) 

Build Skills & Earn Hours with our Program Volunteer Training (PVT)

Ready to develop leadership skills and make a difference during the school year? Our Program Volunteer Training (PVT) is a one-day training experience designed to equip participants with the confidence and tools they need to volunteer in our recreation programs—while working toward their community service hours!

Program Highlights

  • Leadership & Volunteer Training: Learn the key elements of leadership and gain insight into what it means to be a successful program volunteer. This mandatory training will prepare you for your volunteer placement and give you the resources to succeed.
  • Seasonal Volunteer Placements: After completing the training, participants will submit their availability and interests for the remainder of the season. Based on this, they will receive a personalized volunteer placement across our program offerings. Each season, participants will resubmit their availability and can continue to build new experiences through additional volunteer placements up until June 27th 2026.
  • Earn Community Service Hours: This is a great opportunity for high school students to complete required volunteer hours in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
  • Guidance from Skilled Staff: Our experienced team will lead the training and provide mentorship throughout your volunteer experience.

Stay Safe! Home Alone Course (ages 9-11) 

What a great way to spend a PA Day, learning how to prepare to be at home for the next one. You will learn:

  • Importance of responsibility and respect while being accountable for yourself
  • Importance of setting and following rules around safety when staying on your own
  • How to stay safe at home and within the community
  • How to prepare, recognize and respond to unexpected situations, (i.e. inclement weather, strangers, unanticipated visits)
  • First Aid Content:
    • How to get help (includes phoning EMS/911)
    • Recovery position -Conscious choking (adult/child/alone)
    • Feeling unwell -Asthma (includes use of inhaler and spacer)
    • Anaphylaxis (includes use of EpiPen)
    • Poisoning
    • Insect stings
    • Wound care (i.e. minor cuts and scrapes, splinters, nosebleeds, bumps and bruises, life-threatening bleeding, burns)

This training will provide participants with:

Friday January 30th 9:00am-3:00pm (ages 9-11) - BMA

Standard First Aid with CPR C - SFA (ages 13+)

This is a comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets federal and a variety of provincial/territorial regulations for Standard First Aid and CPR, injury prevention, CPR and AED.

This is a one-day in class course that offers lifesaving first aid skills that focus on the things you need to do before emergency services get to your location. Emergency wound care to stop life threatening injuries, Breathing emergencies and CPR being the main focus of this course.
