LOCATION: 12 Mill Street E., Tottenham

TAKE NOTICE: That applications for Minor Variance have been made by David Pick of Pinpoint Engineering Ltd. on behalf of the property owners, David White & Patty Kenuck

PURPOSE: The application seeks relief from Section 2.19.4 a) iv) of Zoning By-law 2021-128 to reduce the minimum distance between driveway and intersection of street lines from 15.0 metres to 11.3 metres. The application also seeks relief from Section 2.19.4 a) vi) to allow two driveways combined width to exceed 30% of lot frontage to 43% of lot frontage.
